We are based on the Gold Coast and Brisbane and service South East Queensland, we are a boutique agency, both passionate about helping individuals and their families on their unique journeys, offering empathy, compassion and understanding.
Bloom Agency was started by us in 2020. Due to Covid we were both stood down from our long term employment with a major airline. Faced with the prospect of no employment we looked at areas that we could best utilise our skill set.
With combined customer service experience of over 35 years, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching for Inclusion, children with Autism, volunteer life-guarding and a Bachelor of Business
we looked at areas where we could best utilise our skills and give back to the community.
We are a boutique agency who will do all we can to ensure your needs and expectations are met. You can trust us to put you first.
Sam is the Co-Founder of Bloom Agency. He has spent is career caring for others in frontline aviation roles, including several years heading up the special assistance team at one of Australia’s major airlines. Sam is a committed and highly motivated individual, focused on achieving your goals and aspirations.
At Bloom Agency, Sam’s role involves connecting our Participants with the right Support Worker and ensuring that they achieve their goals. His number one priority is YOU! Sam maintains the day and day connection and smooth running of support services.
He is also an active Support Worker and volunteer lifeguard, committed to giving back to our amazing community. “I love witnessing someone achieve something they never thought was possible. I enjoy getting outside and having fun with a focus on what make you feel happy and supported. I promise to commit to your journey and support you in living your best life.
